Our purpose is to challenge senior HR professionals to enable both transformation and business growth. We achieve this by partnering with the company, the HR teams and individual HR Directors to develop and advance capabilities, credibility and to make connections.

About us

Led by Expedite, we bring new ideas and challenges to HR and the world of work. As people and technologies working together continues to transform the organisation, Expedite leads the debate on how the HR Director needs to reorganise the people function to ensure future business success.

Our meetings, taskforce, research and bespoke offerings debate and challenge our community to think and deliver the people strategy differently.

30 of the UK’s best companies take part with topical speakers, informal networking taking place, and long-standing connections being formed through social activities.
